Meet Our team
United by a Mission to Make a Difference
The people behind the Rayzors Foundation share a common belief: everyone deserves access to mental health care, resources, and support โ and no one should feel ashamed to ask for help.
Meet the people helping us turn awareness into action:
Jeffrey Walker
Co-Founder
Jeffrey Walker is co-founder of the Rayzors Foundation and co-owner of Rayzorโs Dawg House in Eden, NY.
A dedicated community advocate, Jeffrey has long believed in giving back to Western New York through meaningful partnerships and charitable initiatives.
Inspired by his familyโs personal connection to mental health challenges, Jeffrey is passionate about expanding access to care and breaking down stigma.
โThrough the Rayzors Foundation, he works to support organizations that provide critical mental health resources to individuals and families across the region.
Jeffrey was born and raised in Western New York and has spent more than 40 years as a hockey official, including 30 years in professional hockey. In April 1997, he achieved a lifelong dream by officiating an NHL regular season game in Buffalo. Jeffrey is a proud father of four sons, who continue to inspire his commitment to community and service.
Kimberly Steiner
Co-Founder
Kimberly Steiner is co-founder of the Rayzors Foundation and has worked as a dental hygienist for over 30 years.
Throughout her life, Kim has faced personal challenges with anxiety and depression that deeply affected her confidence and well-being. With the support of counseling and mental health professionals, she committed to healing and prioritizing her overall wellness, both physically and mentally.
Inspired by her journey, Kim is passionate about helping others know they are not alone and about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
Through the Rayzors Foundation, she works to raise awareness and support access to care for individuals and families in need. Kimโs greatest pride comes from her family, including her sons Christian and Ryan, and her stepchildren Bri and Jared, who continue to inspire her commitment to supporting others on their path to healing.
Brittany Harrison
Treasurer
Brittany Harrison is an accounting professional, community advocate and proud mother who is passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in Western New York.
Brittany serves as Office Manager at Adamchick CPA P.C., where she has been a valued member of the team for six years. In January 2026, she earned her bachelorโs degree in accounting, an accomplishment reflecting her commitment to continued personal and professional growth.
Brittany joined the Rayzors Foundation Board with a desire to become more involved in her community and help support individuals and families who may be struggling. Mental health awareness is especially meaningful to Brittany because of challenges she experienced when she was younger, when she often felt she had no one to turn to for help.
Today, as the mother of a teenage daughter, Brittany is passionate about reinforcing an important message: help is available, asking for support is okay, and no one should ever feel alone.
Trish Kuest
Secretary
Trish Kuest brings a lifelong commitment to helping others and strengthening her community to the Rayzors Foundation Board of Directors. A Speech-Language Pathologist with Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center for more than 20 years, Trish has helped countless young children communicate more effectively and now helps shape and mentor the next generation of therapists.
Trish is also Co-Founder of the LLB Foundation, which has raised thousands of dollars to support cancer research at Roswell Park and scholarships for local high school athletes. Her commitment to giving back also includes fostering puppies through Nickel City Canine Rescue.
Mental health and suicide awareness are especially meaningful to Trish because of her familyโs personal experiences with mental health challenges. She is passionate about improving treatment options, reducing stigma, and creating a community where people feel comfortable talking openly about mental health.
Above all, Trish treasures being a mom and watching her children grow. In her free time, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and jigsaw puzzles.
Bob Albano
Board Member
Bob Albano was born in Welland, Ontario, and has spent much of his life involved in athletics, with a particular passion for hockey. After playing junior hockey, he earned a scholarship to the University at Buffalo, where he continued his education and athletic career.
Following college, Bob remained connected to the sport through a nearly 50-year career as a hockey official, working with youth, collegiate, and professional leagues. He also served as a USA Hockey training staff member, mentoring and developing new officials while supporting the growth of the sport.
Through his years of officiating and mentorship, Bob witnessed the mental and emotional challenges faced by many in the hockey community, including the tragic loss of colleagues to suicide. These experiences inspired his commitment to mental health advocacy. As a member of the Rayzors Foundation, Bob is dedicated to offering support, hope, and awareness to those in need.
Donna Linhardt
Board Member
Donna Linhardt is a dedicated small business owner, animal advocate, musician and community volunteer with a strong commitment to making a difference throughout Western New York.
Donna is the owner of Build Clean WNY, a post-construction cleaning company, and also works at Operation Pets Spay & Neuter Clinic, where she supports efforts to improve the lives of animals in the community.
Outside of work, Donna is a member and tenor drummer with the Greater Buffalo Firefighters Pipes and Drums. Her passion for giving back extends to volunteering with numerous organizations and causes across Western New York, including the Out of the Darkness Walk and Tunnel to Towers.
Donna joined the Rayzors Foundation Board because she strongly believes in its mission of raising awareness, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and supporting those who may be struggling. With a personal connection to mental health through her own family, Donna is passionate about helping create a more supportive and understanding community.
Mark Nowak
Board Member
Mark Nowak has served as a Board Member of the Rayzors Foundation since early 2025. He has been the Director of Marketing at BryLin Hospital since 1999 and is also a founding Board Member of the Anti-Stigma Coalition of Erie County since 2016. Throughout his career, Mark has been dedicated to advancing awareness and understanding of mental health care.
โMark joined the Rayzors Foundation Board to support individuals and families affected by mental illness and to help eliminate the stigma often associated with seeking help. Having seen firsthand how mental illness and suicide can impact families, he is passionate about promoting education, awareness, and access to effective treatment.
Mark believes that mental health conditions are treatable, and that recovery is possible. Through his work, he reinforces an important message: reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Our board members and volunteers bring different experiences, perspectives, and talents to that mission, but we are united by three simple principles:
Awareness. Access. Hope.
Awareness
Changing the conversation about mental health.
We believe open, honest conversations can help reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Through education, community events, partnerships, and advocacy, we work to increase mental health awareness and encourage people to understand that seeking help is a sign of strength.
Access
Supporting organizations that connect people with care.
The Rayzors Foundation raises funds to support trusted mental health organizations and programs throughout Western New York. By investing in community-based resources, we help strengthen the network of care available to children, adults, and families when they need it most.
Hope
Reminding people that they are not alone.
Hope is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we’re raising funds, sharing someone’s story, supporting a mental health organization, or bringing our community together, our goal is to remind individuals and families that help, healing, and recovery are possible.
Supporting Mental Health. Strengthening Our Community.
Every member of the Rayzors Foundation team contributes to a shared vision of a Western New York community where mental health is openly discussed, stigma is reduced, and people can access the care and support they deserve.
